Preparation in Action
This past spring, one of our very own (Roller Funeral Homes - Little Rock, AR), experienced a terrible weather event. An EF3 tornado directly struck their corporate office and nearby Chenal Funeral Home. Luckily, no one was injured during the event. Employees took cover in a designated safe haven area within both facilities. Severe weather events like this, as terrible as they are, are good reminders as to the importance of annual emergency preparedness OSHA training. The staffs at both of these facilities had completed our online emergency preparedness training for a number of years and they knew what to do to protect themselves and others.
