OSHA 300 Logs - Cemetery Ops

It's that time of year again to post your annual employee injuries and illness log (OSHA 300A Log) if you are a cemetery operator with 10 or more employees. The OSHA 300A Log must be posted in an area where typical notices to employees are posted from February 1 through April 30 each year.

The OSHA 300A Log is required for the cemetery industry but not the funeral home industry. The funeral home industry (NAICS 812210) is exempt from this requirement.
